The District is located in far west Harris County, approximately 35 miles west of the central downtown business district of the City of Houston. The District lies wholly within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Houston. All of the acreage in the District lies within the boundaries of the Katy Independent School District.  Development within the District includes the parts of residential subdivision of Williamsburg Settlement, Sections 1 and 2 (collectively, 562 lots).
The District also provides water, sanitary sewer to serve  non-residential customers located within the district boundaries.
