Meetings are held at 6:30 PM on the forth Tuesday of each month at the Club House on Hoyt Lane in Williamsburg Settlement.
Texas law requires governmental bodies to give advance notice of their meetings. Governmental bodies must post notice of their meetings in a place readily accessible to the general public for at least seventy-two hours before the scheduled time of the meeting. Texas Gov't Code § 551.043(a)
Minutes are posted after approval of the Board. Draft minutes are posted as a courtesy when they become available, but they are working documents and are subject errors or corrections.
